Sell 1 very nice painting, animated war scene, in a town / village in the background.
Facing the entrance of a fort. With Red Cross staff, injured people, a nun from the church, a horse and a plough for transport. In front of soldiers. A crowd watching. Scene that takes place in winter with snow, dead trees and cold. Very nice representation, 88 x 60 cm. Without frame, very pretty without but you can find an affordable frame.
The white marks are the varnish that has gone off a bit, nothing serious after a good cleaning (I had it analysed) which will cost you €100-150. But considering the price of the painting it’s well worth it. Signed. World War I or Prussian War.
